Baked Salmon Loaf Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 can red salmon, drained, boned and skinned
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup hot milk
- 2 cups soft bread crumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- some salt
- some pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, add in the bread crumbs and pour the hot milk over them. Combine and mix well.
2. Add in the eggs, onion, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard. Combine and stir well.
3. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and bake it at 350°F (176°C) for 45 minutes.
4. Serve and enjoy!
