Baked Salmon Steaks Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon steaks (1 1/2" thick)
- 2 cups onion, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup parsley, minced
Instructions:
1. Preheat a skillet and melt the butter over medium heat. Add in the onion and saute it for 5 minutes. Add in the lemon juice and parsley.
2. In a mixing bowl, add in the salmon steaks and sprinkle some salt and pepper over them.
3. Place everything in a shallow roasting pan then spread the onion mixture earlier on top of each salmon steak.
4. Cover the pan with foil and bake it for 10 minutes at 350°F (176°C).
5. Uncover and bake it for another 20 minutes.
