Marinated Baked Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon steaks
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
Instructions:
1. First of all, you need to wash and pat the salmon dry.
2. To prepare the marinade, in a large mixing bowl, add in the sugar, butter, lemon juice, wine and soy sauce. Combine and mix well.
3. In a flat glass dish, place in the salmon steaks and pour the marinade over them.
4. Cover it tightly and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
5. Preheat the oven at 400°F (204°C).
6. Transfer everything to a baking dish and bake it for 15 minutes. Be sure to baste twice.
